🃏 Joker

Terms of use

Last updated: 2026-10-07

These terms apply when you use the Joker card game. By playing you agree to them. Joker is provided by Simon Isacson, Sweden.

1. Your account

2. Play fair and be kind

When you play you agree not to:

Chat is filtered for offensive words. Players can mute, block and report each other. We review reports and may remove names, suspend accounts for a period, or close accounts that break these rules. If you think a decision is wrong, contact us.

3. Computer players

Joker includes computer-controlled players. You choose them yourself in games against the computer. If a casual queue cannot find enough people within 30 seconds, the remaining seats are filled by computer players with ordinary player names. Ranked games are only ever played against real people. If a player leaves or their time runs out, the computer may play for them.

4. Items and purchases

5. The service

We work to keep Joker running smoothly, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free from errors. We may update, change or pause the game, and we may end it. If we end the game, we will announce it in the app in good time.

6. Liability

Joker is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for problems caused by things outside our control, such as your internet connection or third-party services. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes are announced in the app. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

8. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. If we cannot solve a disagreement together, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se) or a Swedish court.
