🃏 Joker

Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-07

This policy explains what information the Joker card game ("Joker", "the app") handles, why, and what you can do about it. We only collect what the game needs to work, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising.

1. Who is responsible

Joker is developed and run by Simon Isacson, Sweden, who is the data controller for the information described here.

Questions, requests and complaints: buttlerite@gmail.com

2. What we collect

On your own device the app also stores your name, language, login token, character, sound setting, whether you have finished the tutorial and the game you are in, so the app works when you open it again.

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

4. Who can see or receive it

We do not share or sell your information to anyone else, unless we are required to by law.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can delete your account yourself in the app; for the other rights, email buttlerite@gmail.com.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).

7. Children

Joker is not directed at children under 13, and they should not create an account. Online games include chat with other players, which can be muted, blocked and reported. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Connections between the app and our server are encrypted, access to the server is limited to the developer, and the database is backed up daily.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Important changes are announced in the app.
